RBN has currently been availing the following resources:

Fuel levy on diesel and petrol for vehicles

Road user taxes

Vehicle registration fee

Other possible resources that are yet to be tapped are:

Fee for vehicles registered abroad but used in Nepal

Penalties for non-complier to the rules under this Act

Subsidies and grant from donors and international agencies, if any
